Light and soft gluten-free bread, fresh out of your oven! Yielding three loaves per mix, it's also great value.
This mix is super easy; you need only add oil, water and vinegar. Everything in the mixer for five minutes, then shape and allow to rise on your counter before you pop it in your hot oven. You can add herbs, seeds, cheese, oats, dried fruit or whatever you fancy, to add your own trademark to this delightful bread that nobody will believe is gluten free!
Dough can also be scooped/piped into any size or shape of bun or rustic loaf.
Be sure to allow bread a full two hours to cool before slicing.
Dough is best managed with oiled, gloved hands.
