This egg-free, dairy-free, gluten-free cookie mix is a base for any type of cookie you can dream up. Add chocolate, nuts, dried fruit, oats...whateva! Super easy to make...just whip your fat (butter or margarine) and water together, then add cookie mix. Once the mix is well-incorporated, throw in the accoutrements of your choice.
Makes approximately 4 dozen cookies. Cookie dough keeps in the fridge for 5-7 days, or can also be frozen.
