Our gluten-free brownies are the easiest you will ever make. Just add the fat of your choice (butter, margarine or oil), water and brownie mix. Mix until smooth, and spread batter in oiled pan.
You can jazz it up with chocolate chips, white chocolate chunks, raspberries, espresso or whatever you can dream up.
Baked brownies freeze well and brownie can be made in advance & refrigerated/frozen until you're ready to bake.
